Tippmann A5 Paintball Gun Review

The Tippmann A5 is a paintball marker that is capable of very rapid firing indeed, thanks to its patented “Cyclone Feed System.” This feed system basically connects the marker’s own air system to the feeder sprocket. This in turn, allows the A5 to be able to rattle off multiple shots faster than most markers currently available in the field.
In fact, it is widely touted to be the perfect entry level marker for not just casual beginners but also many intermediate players who are looking to upgrade from their previous marker to something that would be able to boost their game play straight up to the competition level.

Recoil reduction technology

The marker comes suitably equipped with an end cap equipped with shock absorbing technology to cut down on felt recoil as well as general wear and tear that is inevitable every time the marker is used.

High Capacity

The Tippmann A5 is also equipped with a large front knob that actively cocks so as to completely close the receiver. This is a high capacity marker that can potentially hold a total of 200 rounds in total.

Ease of disassembly

This paintball marker can easily be taken apart and then subsequently reassembled in less than a minute. This is because its field striping manual does not require any tools for disassembly, which means that you will not have to put off the onerous cleaning chores till you get home. But rather you can clean and lube the marker even during the middle of an exciting game!
Yes, its disassembly is a tad different from many other markers available today, but once you get used to it, you will be able to master it in a jiffy. This ability makes it especially endearing for many hard core enthusiasts.

High Potential for Upgradability

If you are the sort of player who simply loves to modify his chosen marker then you will love the Tippmann A5. There is a huge variety of upgrades available for this marker. These upgrades range from custom sniper barrels all the way to a lighter and quick response trigger system, different verities of collapsible stocks, expansion chamber kits and a whole lot more. Apart from that the marker can be seamlessly operated with nitrogen, CO2, or even compressed air.

Drawbacks

The main drawback of this marker is its weight. It is markedly heavier than many of its counterpart paintballs markers. Apart from that, it is not exactly the most accurate paintball marker in the field.
Its many advantages more than make up for its few disadvantages and that is precisely why it is such a popular choice for paintball enthusiasts all over the world.
